HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED ONLINE?

Is my product suitable for return?

We’re so confident you’ll be satisfied with your purchase that we have extended our returns window by 15 days! You have 30 days to return your product, from the day you receive it.

Check if your product is eligible for return:

  • the product must be in its original, unopened packaging, with the protective film intact. It must include all outer wrappings, accessories, and folding gazebo instructions.
  • Products without the original packaging or showing signs of use will not be accepted for return.

Transporting products as large and heavy as pop-up gazebos has an impact on the environment. We offer shipping, but have chosen to ask our customers to pay for returns to avoid unnecessary shipments. As a result, shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

All online orders can be returned by post, regardless of the payment method used. The cost of the return is borne by the customer and we do not accept parcels sent collect.

 

• Step 1

Please let us know that you intend to return your product by sending am email to austria@zingerle.group Alternatively, if you prefer a more traditional communication method, you can also call us on +43 (0) 1 913 9242 or send us a tracked letter to ZINGERLE GROUP SpA Via Foerche, 7 I-39040 Naz-Sciaves (BZ). Please include the following information:

Order number

Order date

Email

Postal address

Article code

Article description

Quantity

Reason for return*

- Step 2

Our customer service team will offer you two options:

 

A. You can organise the shipment yourself and send the parcel to:

B. We can arrange a collection from an address of your choice. In this case, all you have to do is print and attach the label we send you.

 

• Step 3

All that remains is to pack the product you intend to return as safely as possible to protect it during transport. Please use the same box it arrived in. Help us save time on our end by sending everything back exactly as you received it.

 

We will send you an email once we have received your return and checked its condition. Refunds will be sent to the payment method used to make the purchase within 30 days of confirmation of your return.
