HOW TO ATTACH YOUR GAZEBO TO THE GROUND WITH SCREWS
If drilling into the ground isn’t an issue for you, we’ve developed a method to make your life even easier... The feet of our gazebos already have pre-drilled holes for screws, so you won’t have to drill them yourself! Follow the pop-up gazebo instructions below to securely anchor your gazebo to the ground and enjoy peaceful nights, even in bad weather.
Hard ground: use 10cm screws for asphalt and paved surfaces
Soft ground: use 40 cm screws
for better anchoring
Our advice:
Given the unpredictability of weather and wind, we recommend using professional fastening methods. For guaranteed stability, ensure your tensioning straps form a 45° angle with the ground. Combine tensioning straps and pegs with gazebo weights for even greater stability.

Stable pop up gazebos thanks to efficient fastening methods
There are various ways to anchor a pop up gazebo to the ground. Here are the three methods we would like to recommend you:
Our 15 kg and 28 kg gazebo weights are particularly suitable if the pop up gazebo has to be moved frequently or won’t be standing in the same place for a long time. We have used these gazebo leg weights for our wind tunnel tests and they proved to be very efficient! The best thing about these galvanised steel weights? They have a clean design, are rustproof, scratch-resistant, stackable and easy to transport. Ideal if you are looking for handiness, stability and safety.
To secure a pop up gazebo in a meadow, you can also use the anchoring kit with tensioning straps and pegs. You only need a few minutes to fix the pop up gazebo, but the result is a completely stable structure that will last for a long time.
The most long-term solution for fixing a pop up gazebo in the garden is to use screws with a length of at least 40 cm that will anchor it firmly even in adverse weather conditions.
For maximum safety, these 3 solutions can also be combined!

Screws or gazebo weights
There are 2 ways to attach the pop up gazebo to the road. The choice depends on the type of use. Normally, pop up gazebos on the street have to be dismantled at the end of the day. For this reason, our galvanised steel weights (15 kg or 28 kg) are the ideal solution. They are stackable, easy to transport and rustproof. However, if you want to leave the pop up gazebo outside all season and have the possibility to do so, we recommend drilling holes in the asphalt and fastening the pop up gazebo with 10 cm screws. This ensures long-term stability.
